What have learnt from the sudden impact of a global pandemic?

Perhaps for some the learnings are:

•The assumption has been smashed that something like this on a global scale could never happen.

•That there may be other blind-spots that exist that block the view of our business future.

•That there are new ways of doing business and new markets emerging out of this global crisis that I haven't even considered yet.
